With a background in accounting, web design, and operations management, Rebekah moved to work within the Student Wellbeing department at the University of Derby in 2015. She co-ordinated and managed internally and externally funded projects within the department including the provision of pre-entry transitional activities for disabled and neurodivergent students and research projects exploring student mental health for PGR students and the embedding of student wellbeing into the curriculum and pedagogy for undergraduate students. 

Rebekah joined the Emergence network as Project Manager in April 2022.
